When you make a purchase we send you out a Collection Kit which includes information and equipment to safely collect and package your inclusions and return them to us via the Pre Paid envelope included. Please ensure you return the Pre Paid envelope within 5 days of receiving it. Once we receive your kit we start the careful crafting of your product. Once complete we post the item to you.
